All our rooms are ensuite with proper bathrooms and kingsize or twin beds. Peace and quiet, plenty of space, modern decor, baths and power showers all ensure a comfortable and restful stay.  Not a floral curtain or patterned carpet in sight. Rooms have quality sprung base beds, white bed linen, choice of tea and coffee making facilities, freeview TV, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer. There is also a ‘Snack Station’ on the landing where you can choose alternative teas and coffees, fresh milk and help yourself to a snack or two.

Guest room 1

A luxurious 5ft Vi-Spring bed and crisp, white bedlinen with choice of pillows so you are assured of a comfortable night’s sleep. The purpose built ensuite has a good size power shower and plenty of room to manoeuvre. Exposed beams and a welsh woven bedspread add extra character. This bedroom is slightly smaller than the others but it is our favourite!

The adjoining large bathroom has a bath to relax in at the end of the day with a power shower over if you prefer. A comfortable chair bed is available in this room for a third person or child

A spacious light room with views of the hills. Superior, sprung based twin beds with crisp bedlinen ensure a good night’s sleep and the adjoining large bathroom has a bath to relax in at the end of the day with a power shower over if you prefer. The beds can be joined to create a kingsize double and it is also available for single occupancy or we can add a comfortable chair bed for a group of 3 or family.

Large downstairs room and ensuite. Superior, sprung base, twin beds and two comfy chair beds make it ideal for 4 people or a family sharing. The bathroom is large with a bath and separate walk-in shower suitable for those with mobility difficulties. There are no steps or ledges on the ground floor making it accessible for frame users.
